6.2 No security system, whether installed in a domestic or commercial environment or as part of an integrated solution, can guarantee complete protection against all possible threats, incidents or failures.
6.3 We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or consequential loss arising from criminal acts, third‑party actions, equipment tampering, network failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.4 You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance cover for your home, premises, assets and business operations.
7. Maintenance, monitoring and third‑party services
7.1 Where ongoing maintenance or monitoring services are provided, these will be subject to a separate agreement detailing service levels, response times, visit frequency and fees.
7.2 Integrated solutions may rely on third‑party services such as alarm receiving centres, remote CCTV monitoring, cloud platforms, mobile apps, telecoms and network providers. These services are subject to their own terms and availability.
7.3 PDK Security is not responsible for any interruptions or failures caused by third‑party networks, internet or phone providers, cloud or hosting platforms, power cuts or other external factors.
7.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that any on‑site infrastructure (for example, broadband, Wi‑Fi coverage and power supply) required for integrated systems to function is maintained in good working order.
